Over the years I have played tons of games both on and off line and with out a doubt there has always been the need for support. I have tried everything from calling, writing letters and e-mails. Hands down, RYLs Customer Support is the best I have ever dealt with! That is if you e-mail them. If you have ANY type of problem related to the game just mail them at support@ryl.net and within minutes you will get a ticketed response. Usually with in 24 hours they will have your problem resolved. Of the few problems that I have had with RYL I have been fortunate enough to have Ning respond to my e-mail and I have been MORE than satisfied with the results! Great job!

ivw never had any problems with them. x factor and ning have both helped me. although for my sins i have been thrown out of the alpha server bacause one of the gms must have came to our site and saw my screenshots. oh well good news is theyre looking at our site bad news is im no longer alpha tester
